Our US-based MedTech client (under NDA) faced the “fail by succeeding” scenario. Their off-the-shelf master data management (MDM) solution’s costs boomed along with their successful market expansion.
On top of integration and low-interpretability issues faced by in-house IT team, the current solution’s features were only partially used. The new solution had to be scalable, secure and health regulation-compliant – while cutting the costs.

Ingemark developed in stealth mode a new master data management (MDM) platform. It was built in parallel so that its stability, security and interoperability could be tested without any business risks.
